万福矿风井井筒外壁裂纹形成机理分析及治理研究

摘要: 基于巨野万福煤矿风井井筒冻结外壁掘砌施工期间,-130m至-300m段外壁出现的裂纹状况,结合信息化施工的监测数据和观察结果进行了系统的井壁破裂机理分析,得出主要原因在于井壁受力不均及该段土层冻胀力过大等原因,从而提出井圈与背板联合支护,且降低段高及布设卸压槽和加厚泡沫板的处理措施,在井筒后续掘砌施工中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: This paper is based on the air-shaft outer lining engineering in WanFu mine. During the construction of outer lining with artificial freezing method, the line from -130m to -300m appeared crack. Through the data of informationalized construction and observation result, we suggest the non-uniform stress distribution and excessive frost heaving force is the main reason that caused the crack, so the combined supporting well curb and backboard, lowering the height of each segment, setting pressure relief groove and increasing the thickness of foam board were applied in the subsequent excavation. This method achieved good effect in subsequent construction, and application significance to other similar deeper surface soil layer engineering with artificial freezing method.
